Today is the day, Chimi’s Fresh Mex – chesterfield is open! Yesterday we sat down with the owner, Jesus, to get a preview of this amazing new restaurant. Chimi’s Chesterfield will be the 10th store Jesus has opened since 2002. It is also his largest store with seating for over 200 people. You can always tell when you walk into a restaurant run by Jesus. The decor is vibrant, the service is excellent and the food is delicious.
