Top 4 Favorite Food Influencers

Happy Tuesday Y’all!

Today, I have been gathering information for future content for the blog. I thought it would be the perfect time to feature some of my favorite “Food Influencers.” These are my go-to gals when I am looking for some culinary inspiration. I will be featuring my STL local list of “Food Influencers” later this month with interviews from @weeatstuff, @nourishedbynutrition, @mary.eats.stl & several more!

But for now, let’s start with my top four favorites. These ladies can do no wrong. From beautiful Instagram feeds, to flawless photography, to killer recipes — make sure you are following them, you will not be disappointed!

“What’s Gaby Cookin” is my favorite person to follow on social media! Her website is FULL of amazing recipes, meal plans, travel guides and entertainment tips. In my mind, she is the modern day Martha Stewart. She even has a line at William Sonoma (goals!). The following is an excerpt from her website to help you get to know her better: “WGC is a celebration of what it’s like to live the California Girl Life. That means it’s always sunny, green goddess salads for lunch are a great idea, slutty brownies for dinner are equally as acceptable and I’ll never say no to a burrito with extra guacamole – it’s all about balance! I fully support packing your bags and heading out of town for a new adventure, be it a food inspired road trip or a South America expedition. Yoga pants are considered the best uniform, but throwing on a red lip and heels is also fun. Here on What’s Gaby Cooking, we’re living every day like a true California Girl, flip flops are welcome year round and we can promise you that you’ll always be well fed!”

“The Defined Dish” is my go-to account when I am looking to clean up my eating act. Her platform is a plethora of healthy recipes that will fit seamlessly into your everyday life. No boring dry chicken and broccoli recipes here! The following is an excerpt from her website to help you get to know her better: “Since I can remember, food and cooking have always been a passion of mine. Growing up I was always the kid helping my mom in the kitchen, and then in college became the girl cooking and testing recipes for my roommates and friends. Now, I am a wife and mom making and testing delicious and nutritious meals for my family. In 2015, I did my first round of Whole30 and became a huge advocate of the Whole30 program. It completely changed my relationship with food, and you’ll find most of my recipes are Whole30/Paleo compliant. But as you know, I am from Texas and us Texans like big bold flavors—so I never skimp on flavors with my healthy dishes. They’re hearty, healthy and freaking delicious! However, it’s also all about balance for me – so you’ll also find the occasional super indulgent dish. To me, food is more than just what fuels your body. Food brings joy in our lives because, with food we make friends, we share special moments with our loved ones, and we count our blessings. Sharing my recipes and passion with others makes me happy, which is why I have this little blog. These recipes are made with love and I truly hope you enjoy cooking them in your kitchen.”

“Chef Chloe” is when I want to clean up my eating habits, even more, all of her recipes are VEGAN. As an avid steak-lover, being vegan is a hard concept for me to grasp. Yet, Chef Chloe makes incorporating vegan meals into your everyday life so simple. The following is an excerpt from her website to help you get to know her better: “Chloe Coscarelli first earned national attention after winning the Food Network’s reality-competition series “Cupcake Wars”, as the first vegan chef to win a culinary competition on national television.Following her television debut, Chloe published three cookbooks: Chloe’s Kitchen (2012); Chloe’s Vegan Desserts(2013) & Chloe’s Vegan Italian Kitchen (2014) with Simon and Schuster; all currently featured on Amazon’s list of “100 Best-Selling” cookbooks. In 2015, Chloe opened her first restaurant, by CHLOE, in New York City; bringing healthy, delicious vegan dishes to the mainstream.”

I love following @howsweeteats because she has the perfect mix of recipes. Comfort food, desserts, but also lighter and healthier options. The following is an excerpt from her website to help you get to know her better: ” Here, you will find all sorts of things – from healthy recipes to comfort food and indulgent desserts. We eat as seasonally as we can and use local ingredients every day. We eat, well… everything. Because the thing is: I’m seriously passionately, inexplicably in love with food. Bacon makes me beam. Chocolate makes me shout from the rooftops with joy. Vegetables and I are the best of frenemies. My perfect world would include none of them. I grew up absolutely loathing veggies, but the world wide web has taught me how to enjoy green things such as kale and brussels sprouts. To the point where I actually want to consume them.”
