WildSmoke… A Smokehouse on the Edge is slated to open on January 28, 2014. The address is 12316 Olive Boulevard in Creve Coeur, located at the former site of Culpepper’s Grill & Bar in the Westgate Center.
WildSmoke is the creation of the team behind EdgeWild Restaurant & Winery in Chesterfield: Andy and Dee Dee Kohn, Chris LaRocca and Chef Aaron Baggett. WildSmoke is led by pitmaster Anthony Collida.
WildSmoke serves a variety of smoked meats and chef-inspired sides and starters. It features state-of-the art equipment such as Ole Hickory Pit smokers, considered the industry’s finest and used by competition-winning pitmasters, and the Woodshow indoor wood-burning grill.
WildSmoke is all about the food – mouthwatering smoked meats – and great service. We’re going to keep it casual, delicious and welcoming. You walk in, order, and seat yourself, and all the while our staff promises to make your time at WildSmoke the best dining experience possible.

Anthony Collida is the talent behind EdgeWild Restaurant & Winery’s delicious house smoked ribs and maple infused turkey breasts, which are the menu highlights every Sunday for “Smokin’ Sundays.” Anthony has been smoking meats and barbecuing since he was 16 years old, and has worked professionally with Chefs Marc Del Pietro, Chris Lee and Andy White. Anthony collaborated with EdgeWild Executive Chef Aaron Baggett on the side dishes and starters for WildSmoke.
