Ingredients
  • 1dash vanilla
  • 2cups all purpose flour
  • 1teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1teaspoon ground cloves
  • .5teaspoon baking powder
  • 1teaspoon Baking Soda
  • .5teaspoon sea salt
  • 2cups Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (15 oz)can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1.5cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1.5sticks butter
Recipe Notes
  1. Set oven to 325 and grease two bread pans with coconut oil spray.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together spices, flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, & baking soda. Set aside.
  3. In an electric mixer mix together the butter and sugar until blended. (this will look clumpy)
  4. Next, mix in eggs on low speed, one at a time.
  5. Mix in pumpkin and dash of vanilla.
  6. Mix in flour/spice mixture on low speed until combined.
  7. Pour batter evenly into two bread pans.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes depending on oven.
  9. Remove bread from oven and let cool in pan for about ten minutes.
  10. While the bread is cooling, place 1.5 cups of chocolate chips in a saucepan and melt.
  11. Remove bread from pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar, & drizzle with melted chocolate.
