Recipe Notes
Set oven to 325 and grease two bread pans with coconut oil spray.
In a medium bowl whisk together spices, flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, & baking soda. Set aside.
In an electric mixer mix together the butter and sugar until blended. (this will look clumpy)
Next, mix in eggs on low speed, one at a time.
Mix in pumpkin and dash of vanilla.
Mix in flour/spice mixture on low speed until combined.
Pour batter evenly into two bread pans.
Bake for 60-70 minutes depending on oven.
Remove bread from oven and let cool in pan for about ten minutes.
While the bread is cooling, place 1.5 cups of chocolate chips in a saucepan and melt.
Remove bread from pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar, & drizzle with melted chocolate.
