Ingredients
  • 2sticks butter(real salted butter)
  • 18 oz. cream cheese
  • 3cups Sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 cups all purpose flour

  1. Beat butter and cream cheese together in standing mixer
  2. On low add sugar to the mixture, 1/3 cup at a time
  3. Sift flour
  4. Add 1/3 cup flour alternating with 1 egg to the above mixture (while the mixer is on medium speed) until mixed
  5. Add vanilla and mix well
  6. Butter and sugar the pan
  7. Pour mixture into the pan
  8. Place the pan into a cold oven, then set to the oven to 325 and bake for one hour
  9. Remove the pan from the oven and let cool for five minutes. Do not let it sit in the pan for longer or you will overcook the cake.
  10. Flip the pan over onto serving plate and enjoy!
