It’s SUMMER time! Many of our classic favorite restaurants are serving up a fresh twist on their menus. This week we visited Mike Duffy’s Kirkwood to check out their killer new Simple Summer Four Menu.

Crisp spring mix & leaf lettuce, provel cheese, roasted red bell peppers, red onion, parmesan peppercorn dressing and juicy tenderloin tips

Crisp spring mix & leaf lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, corn, cheddar cheese, tortilla strips, southwest ranch dressing & bbq chicken

Veggie Wrap – $7.95
Lightly seasoned and sauteed vegetables wrapped with romain lettuce in a large flour tortilla.

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus $10.99
Served with freshly sliced cucumbers, crisp celery and toasted pita.
Of course, we had to sample the whole menu. Everything was exactly what you crave in the summer; fresh and light ingredients with a little something extra. For the more health conscious consumer, the roasted red pepper hummus or the veggie wrap is perfect for maintaining your summer bod. While the Steak or Baja salad makes ordering a salad not so boring!
